MOSCOW, Feb 3 (PRIME) – Russia’s state support program for old car recycling should be restarted but eliminating the historical faults and at a good time, First Deputy Prime Minister Andrei Belousov said on Thursday.
"This program must be restarted, of course. But we must aim first of all at not repeating the faults we’ve made," he said.
